The demand for System of Cyber-Physical Systems(CPSs) is increasing according to complex and diverse requirements of customers. However, in the real-world operation of the CPSs, the interactions and their control among the systems are very important because their malfunction may cause serious accidents. This paper proposes a method to preserve the sustainability to accomplish the given mission of collaborative CPSs. Especially, our method focuses on the sustainable behaviors in time and space for the collaboration of the system of CPSs; we first monitor the safety barriers that can occur in the mutual cooperation among the systems. And then validate the coordination of each task execution for mission-oriented collaboration. To support our method, we design a architecture of the System of CPSs, define the initiation process for the collaboration in wireless communication, and develop algorithm for preserving sustainability of the system.
